Salmon Patties

  1. In small bowl combine salmon, onion, parsley, lemon juice, flour, garlic, dill, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in mayo, eggs and bread or cracker crumbs.
  3. Shape into 12 patties.
  4. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  5. Once oil is hot, cook patties for about 4 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned, turning gently.
  6. Remove from the oil once they are cooked, and drain on a paper towel lined plate to drain.
