Breakfast Tacos
- 3 lb. pork sausage
- 3 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 10 flour tortillas (6 to 8 inch)
- suggested toppings: chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, shredded lettuce, pitted ripe olive slices, sour cream
- 2 cups VELVEETA Shredded Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product
- In large skillet, brown sausage; drain.
- Stir in taco seasoning mix and water as directed on package; cook as directed on package.
- Heat taco shells as directed on package; fill with sausage mixture and desired toppings.
- Sprinkle with VELVEETA.
- This breakfast dish is simple to fix and a big hit with the family.
