Chicken With Ravioli Recipe
- 1 cut up fryer
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced fine
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 c. green pepper strips
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce. each) cans beef ravioli in meat sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Brown chicken on both sides in the butter in a skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add in water, onion, garlic, and oregano.
- Cover and simmer 30 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
- Add in ravioli and green pepper strips and simmer 15 min, stirring occasionally.
- Makes 4-6 servings.
