Licuados

  1. In the jar of a blender, add all the ingredients and pulse briefly until the pineapple chunks are finely chopped (but not a puree).
  2. You will have to add the ingredients in 2 batches.
  3. Strain through a medium-mesh strainer.
  4. Chill well in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve over ice with a garnish of fresh pineapple.
  6. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to blend.
  7. No need to strain.
  8. Chill well in the refrigerator.
  9. Serve over ice with a tangerine wheel for garnish.
