Pan-Fried Amberjack with Shiso Butter Sauce
- 2 pieces Amberjack (buri) fillets
- 1 Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Shiso salad dressing
- Pat dry the amberjack with paper towels.
- Sprinkle salt on both sides..
- Heat a skillet, then place the amberjack from Step 1 in the skillet.
- Pan-fry over medium-high heat until golden brown, and flip over.
- Reduce the heat to medium and cook it until done.
- Turn off the heat and add the butter.
- Lightly agitate the skillet to transfer the flavor of the butter to the fish.
- Transfer the fish to a plate and drizzle on desired amount of shiso salad dressing and serve.
- I used store-bought dressing.
