My. Cheesy Spaghetti with Chive :O
- 200 grams Dried Spaghetti
- 1 enough water boiling to cover the spaghetti
- 100 grams Chedderr cheese
- 1/2 pints milk
- 1 pinch dried or fresh parsley
- 1 tsp Dried or fresh chives chopped if fresh
- Add the boiling water to a good size saucepan
- Drop the spaghetti in and boil for 10 minutes
- Add the milk to a saucepan also add the chives and cheese and whisk in the Chedder cheese keep whisking until it Melts and thickens.
- If too thick add a little boiling water and stir.
- Strain off the water off the Spaghetti
- Add the spaghetti to the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes
- serve on a plate and sprinkle over the parsley.
