Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese and Rosemary

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Cut bacon in half, crosswise.
  3. Stuff goat cheese into a corner of a Ziploc bag.
  4. Use scissors to cut a small hole in the tip of the corner.
  5. Fill dates with cheese.
  6. Stuff each date with 2-3 rosemary leaves.
  7. Wrap each date with a half piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  8. Arrange dates on parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for 7 minutes.
  9. Turn dates over and cook until bacon is crispy, about 7-8 minutes.
  10. Serve immediately.
