Spiced Pork Fillet
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 8 tablespoons, 5-58 pinches (1/2 Cups) Pouring Cream
- 8 tablespoons, 5-58 pinches (1/2 Cups) Vegetable Stock
- 1 whole Pork Filet
- 1 whole Onion
- 1.
- Grind the spices finely
- 2.
- Slice the pork fillet.
- Slices should be about 1 cm thick.
- 3.
- Roll the sliced pork into the ground spices.
- 4.
- Fry the chopped onion in butter.
- 5.
- Add the pork and brown on both sides.
- 6.
- Cover the pan and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
- 7.
- Remove the meat from the pan.
- 8.
- Turn up the heat and add 120 mls cream and 120 mls stock.
- Bubble up for 5 minutes.
- 9.
- Return the meat to the pan and heat up.
- 10.
- Serve with rice or buttered noodles.
