Veal Fricasse Recipe

  1. Buy lb.
  2. of cubed veal; take 1/2 lb.
  3. of country sausage, cut in cubes.
  4. Render 3 slices of diced bacon, minced onion, and butter.
  5. Add in meat and sausage and saute/fry till light brown.
  6. Add in salt and pepper; add in flour, sufficient for gravy.
  7. Add in 1/4 tsp.
  8. rosemary; add in fresh mushrooms.
  9. Stir frequently; simmer 45 min.
  10. Serve on rice, noodles, or possibly potatoes.
