Buffalo Turkey Nuggets

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add ground turkey, shallots, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pack into a 9x5 nonstick loaf pan and pat down well.
  5. Add Buffalo sauce on top.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to rest 5 minutes.
  8. Cut into preferred size nuggets.
  9. Remove from baking pan and serve on a platter with toothpicks.
  10. Enjoy!
  11. I love to serve these with a platter of raw carrots, avocado, celery sticks, and grape tomatoes.
