Buffalo Turkey Nuggets
- 16 ounces, weight Ground Turkey
- 2 whole Shallots, Minced
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 cups Buffalo Sauce (Your Favorite)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, add ground turkey, shallots, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix well.
- Pack into a 9x5 nonstick loaf pan and pat down well.
- Add Buffalo sauce on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest 5 minutes.
- Cut into preferred size nuggets.
- Remove from baking pan and serve on a platter with toothpicks.
- Enjoy!
- I love to serve these with a platter of raw carrots, avocado, celery sticks, and grape tomatoes.
