Seafood English Muffins Recipe
- 1 1/2 Packages English muffins (9)
- 1 jar Kraft Old English cheese
- 1 can shrimp or possibly crabmeat
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Drain and wash shrimp well.
- Mix all ingredients except shrimp.
- (Add in last.)
- Cut muffins in half; spread mix lightly over muffins; then cut each half again (making quarters).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 15 min, till brown.
- Can be frzn before baking.
- Partially freeze on cookie sheet about 10 min and put into bags to freeze.
