Seafood English Muffins Recipe

  1. Drain and wash shrimp well.
  2. Mix all ingredients except shrimp.
  3. (Add in last.)
  4. Cut muffins in half; spread mix lightly over muffins; then cut each half again (making quarters).
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 15 min, till brown.
  6. Can be frzn before baking.
  7. Partially freeze on cookie sheet about 10 min and put into bags to freeze.
