Fried Pheasant

  1. Preheat frying oil to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut pheasant breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Prepare pancake batter with Sprite instead of water.
  4. Dip pieces into batter and then fry.
  5. Fry each side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oil and place on a cooling rack or paper towel to drain.
  7. Sprinkle with salt.
  8. Serve warm and refrigerate leftovers.
