Fried Pheasant
- 4 whole Pheasant Breasts
- 2 cups Pancake Batter
- 6 ounces, fluid (1/2 Can) Sprite
- Preheat frying oil to 375 degrees.
- Cut pheasant breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare pancake batter with Sprite instead of water.
- Dip pieces into batter and then fry.
- Fry each side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and place on a cooling rack or paper towel to drain.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Serve warm and refrigerate leftovers.
