Savory Grilled Fish

  1. Preheat grill on medium-high.
  2. In a bowl, combine 3/4 cup chopped mint, roasted red peppers, and green olives.
  3. Rub olive oil on the tilapia fillets.
  4. Sprinkle the fish with the remaining chopped mint and pepper.
  5. Grill 5 minutes or until opaque, turning once.
  6. Top with relish.
