Oliver's Smokehouse Apple Frost

• 1 pint lime sherbet
• 1 12 cups chilled apple juice

1. Soften the lime sherbet just a bit.
2. Beat with an electric mixer until soft and fluffy.
3. Gradually add the apple juice and serve with a small hunk of sherbet floating in the cup.
