Fried chicken with butter garlic sauce
- 6 lb chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 3 cup sr flour
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1/4 cup Heinz ketchup
- 2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Cut chicken into little steaks salt and garlic the chicken.
- Put into a bag with pickle juice let marinate, for an hour.
- Put flour in bag with chicken ziplock it up shake it to coat.
- Heat oil in pan.
- Fry the chicken.
- Set on a paper towel to absorb excess oil
- Put all but the water and cornstarch bring to boil for 3 minutes then mix cornstarch and water add to boiling mixture.
- Stirring constantly let thicken just a bit.
- Serve on top or the side.
