Breakfast Crepes Of Apples Recipe
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. water
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla or possibly lemon rind
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, water, vanilla or possibly lemon rind.
- Pour liquid into dry ingredients.
- Lightly stir.
- Leave small lumps.
- Grease griddle till water dances on it.
- Fry till golden.
- Cook till tender: 4 tbsp.
- butter 1 c. sugar
- Place a spoonful in center of crepe and roll up.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Serve with bacon or possibly sausage and Large eggs.
