Hungarian Style Beef Stew

  1. Combine all ingredients except sour cream, cornstarch, salt and pepper in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
  2. Stir in combined sour cream and cornstarch, stirring 2-3 minutes.
  3. Discard bay leaf.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
