Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy
- 2 cups STOVE TOP Homestyle Herb Stuffing Mix in the Canister
- 1-1/2 lb. ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 jar (12 oz.) mushroom gravy
- Mix stuffing mix, meat, onion, egg and 1 cup water.
- Shape into 6 patties.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until heated through and golden brown on both sides.
- Drain.
- Mix gravy with 1/2 cup water; pour over patties.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and cook an additional 5 minutes.
