Bisquick Substitute Recipe

• 10 c. Flour
• 3/8 c. Baking pwdr
• 1 tsp Cream of tartar
• 1 1/4 c. Powdered lowfat milk
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
• 1/4 c. Sugar
• 1 lb Crisco, (shortening)

1. Mix all together and there you have it.
2. (1 c mix to 1/4 c water makes about 4 biscuits.......450 F. for 10 min or possibly so.)
