Green bean bowl
- 1 tbsp Heinz ketchup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese sharp
- 4 oz hash browns
- 6 oz firm tofu
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 vegetable oil to deep fry in
- 14 1/2 oz can of green beans no salt
- Heat oil deep fry hash browns put onto paper towels
- Cut tofu into planks deep fry till lightly colored set onto paper towels lightly salt using half of salt
- Set hash browns in bowl while green beans are frying, make sure you drain the beans well, add ketchup to hash browns lay the tofu on top of hash brownd
- Add shredded cheese about 1/2 a cup
- When beans are fried add to paper towels add pepper and rest of salt and garlic
- Lay beans on top of cheese the put cheese on top of beans top off with sour cream
