Coffee Liqueur

  1. Place hot coffee in a 2-cup (500 ml) measure and stir in sugar until dissolved.
  2. Stir in alcohol, brandy and vanilla.
  3. Pour into a clean bottle.
  4. Store 4 weeks before using.
