Coffee Liqueur
- 12 cup freshly brewed espresso (125 ml)
- 12 cup lightly packed brown sugar (125 ml)
- 1 cup alcohol (250 ml) or 1 cup vodka (250 ml)
- 13 cup brandy (75 ml) or 13 cup rum (75 ml)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place hot coffee in a 2-cup (500 ml) measure and stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Stir in alcohol, brandy and vanilla.
- Pour into a clean bottle.
- Store 4 weeks before using.
