Bacon Ranch Chicken Pasta
- 2 cups Penne Pasta
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 whole Large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 teaspoon Salt/pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
- 2 cups Milk (or Replace 1/2 Cup Of The Milk With Heavy Cream)
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan on medium heat.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken with flour and add the coated chicken pieces into the saucepan along with the garlic.
- Cook for approximately 10 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink and is browned on all sides.
- Slowly mix in milk, stirring to coat the chicken.
- Add ranch dressing mix, cheese, and bacon.
- Mix until well combined.
- Stir in penne and eat up!
