Tater Tot Casserole

  1. Preheat oven 400.
  2. Brown ground beef; drain fat.
  3. Add cream of mushroom to beef in pan (follow directions on can, adding either milk or water, reduced by 1/2 of one can).
  4. Place tater tots in 10x13 baking dish evenly.
  5. Pour beef soup over tots.
  6. Season to taste.
  7. Top evenly w/cheese.
  8. Bake 40 minutes or until cheese is melted in center, lightly golden.
  9. Let sit 5 minutes to settle.
