Parmesan Caesar Shrimp
- 1 lb. (450 g) uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp
- 1/2 cup Renee's Parmesan Caesar Vinaigrette
- 3 Tbsp. dry white wine
- Toss shrimp with vinaigrette in glass bowl.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add undrained shrimp; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently and adding wine for the last minute.
