Crunchy Asian Greens
- 1 cup finely sliced snow peas
- 12 cup snap peas, trimmed
- 3 baby bok choy, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 14 teaspoon sea salt
- In a bowl, toss together vegetables.
- Add sesame oil, lemon juice and salt.
- Toss well.
- Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Variation: substitute 1 cup freshly sliced Napa cabbage for the bok choy and add 1 teaspoon raw white sesame seeds.
