Crunchy Asian Greens

  1. In a bowl, toss together vegetables.
  2. Add sesame oil, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Toss well.
  4. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Variation: substitute 1 cup freshly sliced Napa cabbage for the bok choy and add 1 teaspoon raw white sesame seeds.
