Sweet Cranberry-Pear Salad

• 6 cups torn mixed salad greens
• 3 medium pears, cut into 3/4-inch cubes Safeway 1 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, toasted
• 1 cup Hawaiian bread croutons
• 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
• 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
• 1/4 cup HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar
• 3 Tbsp. water

1. Toss greens with pears, cranberries and walnuts in large salad bowl; top with the croutons.
2. Set aside.
3. Mix MIRACLE WHIP, dressing mix, vinegar and water.
4. Drizzle over the salad just before serving.
