Barbecued Pork Hanoi Style Recipe

  1. Preheat grill or possibly broiler.
  2. Marinate pork in honey, salt, pepper, garlic, oil, cornstarch, scallions, and fish sauce or possibly oyster sauce.
  3. Set aside for 15 min.
  4. Thread marinated pork onto skewers, leaving 2 inches free at each end.
  5. Place pork skewers on the grill, turning and brushing occasionally with marinade, till they turn golden.
  6. Or possibly broil them.
  7. Strip barbecued pork from skewers.
  8. Sprinkle crushed peanuts and chopped herbs over all.
  9. Tuck meat into baguette for a sandwich or possibly serve atop bowls of warm rice.
