sandra's crab salad
- 2 can crab meat
- 2 small tomato's
- 1/2 reed pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 lemon juice salt and pepper to taste
- this is something easy and simple that I put together to take to work tomorrow lunch
- cut the onion the tomato's and the pepper (I use red )in small pieces
- drain the water from the crab meat and add to the veggies
- add the mayo the lemon juice salt and pepper and mix well
