Sausage Gravy and Bisquits. - Sausage Gravy and Bisquits

  1. Prepare bisquits according to package directions.
  2. While they are cooking prepare the gravy.
  3. In a medium saucepan, brown the sausage till done.
  4. Do not drain the fat.
  5. Add butter or margarine, and flour.
  6. Stir to coat the sausage with the flour.
  7. Add milk all at once, stir over medium heat until thickend and bubbly.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve over hot, split bisquits.
