Spice Cream Pudding With Satin Sauce

  1. PUDDING: Combine bread crumbs and milk and mix with butter, sugar and molasses.
  2. Sift together the dry ingredients and stir.
  3. Blend raisins.
  4. Pour in 1 quart casserole.
  5. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with Satin Sauce.
  7. SATIN SAUCE: Beat egg and water in a saucepan until foamy.
  8. Stir in molasses and salt.
  9. Cook over low heat 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  10. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  11. Serve hot.
