Not Good for You, But Good Tasting Meatloaf

  1. In bowl combine the eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage and pepper.
  2. Add ground round and cheese cubes.
  3. Thoroughly mix meat and seasonings.
  4. Spoon meat mixture into a 2" deep baking pan and shape into rectangle.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. To glaze meatloaf, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard.
  8. Spread over the top of meatloaf.
  9. Bake 10 minutes longer.
