Lemon Jello Pudding
- 6 oz. Lemon Jello gelatin
- 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) pears, with liquid
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 cups boiling water
- Pour Jello into a bowl.
- Add 2 cups of boiling water to Jello, mix well.
- Add a can of pears, slightly mashing the pears.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator and fold in Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate until needed.
- Serve in any type dessert dish.
