Braised Red Chard With Sherry Vinegar Recipe

  1. Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat and add in oil.
  2. Add in onion and garlic, and saute/fry about 5 min till onion softens.
  3. Add in chard and saute/fry till wilted.
  4. Cover and cook over low about 10 min, adding 1 to 2 tsp.
  5. water, if needed to moisten.
  6. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and several splashes of vinegar.
