Spinach Salad

• 16 ounces spinach
• 12 lb bacon bits
• 1 (10 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced thin
• 12 lb fresh bean sprout
• 12 lb mushroom, sliced thin
• 12 cup white sugar
• 13 cup ketchup
• 14 cup vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup salad oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper

1. Wash spinach well and dry.
2. Add remaining ingredients and store in plastic bag until ready to serve.
3. Mix dressing ingredients.
4. (I use a jar with tight fitting lid.)
5. Pour over spinach mixture just before serving.
