Spinach Salad
- 16 ounces spinach
- 12 lb bacon bits
- 1 (10 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced thin
- 12 lb fresh bean sprout
- 12 lb mushroom, sliced thin
- 12 cup white sugar
- 13 cup ketchup
- 14 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Wash spinach well and dry.
- Add remaining ingredients and store in plastic bag until ready to serve.
- Mix dressing ingredients.
- (I use a jar with tight fitting lid.)
- Pour over spinach mixture just before serving.
