Chili Con Queso

  1. In 12-inch skillet on medium heat, brown meat.
  2. Drain off grease.
  3. Add tomato sauce, onion and green pepper, stirring until combined.
  4. Stir in chili powder and garlic powder.
  5. Add VELVEETA; stir until melted.
  6. Add green chilies; stir to combine.
  7. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
  8. Makes 4 cups.
