Beer Batter Chicken Recipe

  1. In bowl with fork, mix first 3 ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, beat together beer, egg, and 2 tsp.
  3. salad oil.
  4. Stir liquid into flour mix.
  5. Coat half of chicken pcs with batter.
  6. Meanwhile in 12 inch skillet over medium heat, heat 1/2 inch salad oil to 370 degrees.
  7. Fry chicken pcs till browned and tender, turning once.
  8. Drain on paper towels.
  9. Repeat with remaining pcs.
