Japanese Homestyle Green Vege Plus Pork Chops
- 1 ounce carrot, chopped
- 2 ounces broccoli, chopped
- 2 ounces onions, chopped
- 5 ounces leafy greens, chopped (whatever you like & available)
- 5 ounces pork chops
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons salad oil (orive oil is also ok,whatever you available)
- Cut all of the vegetables.
- Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add pork chops, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add all of the seasonings, continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
