Beef and Spinach Pasta Bake
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 bottle (26 Oz. Bottle) Tomato Pasta Sauce
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Condensed Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1 package (10 Oz. Package) Chopped Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Drained
- 1 package (375g Package) Whole Wheat Rotini, Cooked
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- In a very large skillet or Dutch oven on medium heat, cook onion, garlic and beef until meat has browned.
- Drain grease if necessary.
- Add pasta sauce, soup, parmesan cheese and spinach and cook until heated through.
- Add cooked rotini noodles and stir until combined.
- Pour into a greased 9x12 casserole dish.
- Top with mozarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350F for 25 minutes.
