Mom's Picante Steak Recipe

  1. Cut meat into individual serving-size pcs.
  2. Season to taste with garlic and pepper.
  3. Smother meat with onion slices, green chile, picante sauce and tomatoes.
  4. Cover with foil very tightly.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 2-3 hrs.
  6. Just before serving, add in cheese.
