Beer-Steamed Potato Hobo Pack
- 1 lb yukon gold potato, Baby
- 12 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Wash potatoes.
- Set up foil lined with parchment paper.
- Place potatoes in the parchment lined foil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold and crimp foil.
- Leave in opening on top.
- Pour beer into package.
- Crimp the top of foil package.
- Cook package over campfire or medium-high gas grill or set near hot coals.
- Cook potatoes until tender about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from campfire, grill or coals.
- Open package and top with butter.
- Serve.
