Yogurt Tahini Dressing
- 12 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 14 cup tahini
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 12 tablespoon green onion, finely chopped
- 14 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients until smooth, with a spoon or in a food processor or blender.
- Use as a salad dressing, as a vegetable dip, or in a pita sandwich stuffed with veggies.
