Easy Cheesy Chicken Cordon Bleu

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Using food processor chop cheezit crackers very fine like bread crumbs
  3. Combine in shallow dish w bread crumbs mixing to be combined well
  4. Melt butter in glass bowl, reserving half for later
  5. Layer chicken with 2 slices ham and one piece of cheese and roll up tightly
  6. Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in breadcrumb mixture
  7. Place seam side down in glass baking dish
  8. Repeat with remaining cutlets
  9. Bake for 15 min....then drizzle remaining butter on top of chicken so its moist but not soggy (you may or may not need it all)
  10. Cook another 10-15 min untill outside is crisp
  11. Serve and enjoy!
