Ham Sandwich of Infinite Darkness

• 2 slices pumpernickel bread
• 8 ounces black forest ham
• 4 teaspoons stone ground mustard
• 4 teaspoons mayonnaise (I prefer to dye red)
• 4 leaves red cabbage
• 2 slices smoked gouda cheese

1. Summon up the hate and anger bottled up inside you, and have your girlfriend do the following steps.
2. Put the mustard on one Slice of bread.
3. The mayonnaise on the other.
4. Fill up the space between the two Slices with the other ingredients one at a time in what ever order you choose.
5. Remember name each ingredient out-loud in a deep and malevolent voice as you add it.
6. Let loose a howl of Sandwich Domination!
