AMIEs ROCKY ROAD
- 400 grams milk chocolate, broken
- 250 grams chocolate biscuits, broken
- 250 grams marsmallows, halved
- 100 grams glaced cherries, quartered
- Lightly greased and line a 16 x 26 cm slice pan with baking paper.
- Place the chocolate in a large microwave bowl.
- Cook in medium (50% power in 30 seconds intervals) stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir the biscuit, marsmallow and cherries through, coating well with the chocolate.
- Spoon into the tray, spreading evenly.
- Chill for 20 minutes intil firm.
- Cut into squares to serve.
- Store in airtight container, if desired.
