Blender Pancakes (Food Storage)
- 14 cup whole oats
- 14 cup whole barley
- 14 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup water
- 1 12 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon powdered milk
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 18 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Blend grains and first portion of water until smooth.
- Add oil, baking powder, salt, and powdered milk and blend.
- Gently mix in baking soda, remaining water, and vinegar.
- Pour portions onto hot griddle and cook until browned on each side.
