Cheryl's Burritos Recipe
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 can jalapeno relish (warm)
- 1/2 lg. jar (mild) picante sauce
- 1 can sliced potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 - 1 can refried beans (opt.)
- 1 med. onion, minced (opt.)
- 8-16 thin flour tortillas
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Lowfat sour cream
- Brown beef with onions; drain.
- Mix with mashed potatoes and refried beans.
- Add in sauces.
- Cover and simmer 15 min.
- Wrap in tortilla shells as package directs.
- Add in cheese before wrapping.
- Can wrap burrito in plastic wrap and freeze.
- Take out of wrap to thaw.
- Thaw in microwave about 3 min on defrost.
