A Furlong Too Late Recipe

• 2 ounce Light rum
• 4 ounce Ginger beer
• 1 x Lemon twist

1. Pour the rum and ginger beer into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
2. Stir well.
3. Garnish with the lemon twist.
