Greek Chicken in a Pita Wrap
- 3 cups cut-up leftover cooked chicken
- 4 whole wheat pita breads
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
- Place chicken evenly down centres of pitas; top evenly with peppers, lettuce and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp.
- of the cheese.
- Drizzle with dressing.
- Fold in both sides of each pita.
- Serve immediately.
