Snicker Doodle Cookies

  1. First prepare the coating mixture.
  2. Mix cinnamon powder and sugar in bowl and keep it aside till needed.
  3. Mix all purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  4. In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk and vanilla.
  5. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients.
  6. Fold them in till you get smooth dough.
  7. Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes or 15 minutes in the freezer.
  8. Before remove the dough from the fridge, preheat the oven to 330F or 165F C for at least 10 minutes.
  9. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  10. Now dough is chilled and not sticky.
  11. Make smooth balls of 1 1/2 tablespoons of size, roll into prepared cinnamon-sugar mixture and coat well.
  12. Arrange the cookies on the baking sheet few inches apart, flatten it slightly.
  13. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or till the edges are light brown and looks set.
  14. Remove it from the oven, let it cook for 5 minutes in the sheet and then remove it to cooling rack to cool completely.
