Good for You Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 12 cup light butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 8 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 14 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- toast oats on baking sheet for 10 min in a 375 oven.
- set aside.
- beat butter, sugar until creamy.
- add soda, salt and mix.
- beat in yogurt, eggs and vanilla.
- add flour little by little until incorporated.
- use a wooden spoon to stir in oats and chocolate.
- drop dough by rounded spoonfuls on to a sheet.
- bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
- cool on wire rack.
